Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Koinonia Incorporated will be held at the Church of St Bride’s, Anglican in Mississauga, Ontario, on Saturday, February 27th, 2010 for the purpose of: 1. Receiving the Annual Reports for the year end, including the Financial Statements and the Auditor's Report; 2. The election of Directors and Auditor for the ensuing year; 3. Hearing a presentation regarding any possible changes and additions to the bylaws and constitution; 4. The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
